While hasty chefs make hasty festive
Meals for those more fortunate at best to
Deal portions accordingly to the test
Of those least fortunate
Subordinately while the rest is
Left behind to clean up the messes
My guess is
No table dresses itself before
The servant goes to the store
To gather supplies and return to pour
The drink of derision that flows from incisions
As long as the center piece is set with precision
No one stresses the General decision
Less is more
Until no one questions what we’re fighting for
Simple minds call for simple pleasures
While crooked hands ball with crooked gestures,
But drastic times call for drastic measures
Kingdoms come fall with all their treasures
The less fortunate will become more clever
IIn due time, huge crime or whatever
Places their foot before the door
And questions what we’re fighting for
Looking for favor from the one that blesses
My guess is
No table dresses itself before

To buy from the rich and return to the poor
That which was already rightfully yours
Look to the ONE that blesses the core
The center peace could never be war
